heavenly objects
i've been told this skirt makes me look like i'm walking on water. dubbed it the 'jesus skirt'. sacrilege? either way, it heralds the official beginning of 'summer' for me. on my way into work, i was watching people watch my skirt trail on the floor very intently. i get those looks a lot when there's a light breeze simply because of the length; it's bound to get filthy within a few hours. as i walked past one pair enjoying a cigarette, i caught sight of a dog squatting in the middle of the sidewalk...doing his business very intently. guess there's going to be a lot on this skirt that i'm unable to identify...
hurray heat. means i can start wearing my hair outside wet again.

Long skirts are so impractical. They look best sweeping the floor but they get so dirty! I love that skirt btw. Might have to get it AND wear it the same exact way you are!
