lil bro's trousers

So I've taken over my brother's clothing again. He is now too tall for his trousers and I'm in the new market for a new silhouette, so I took these over. They remind me a little bit of Dick Tracy's era. High waists, suspenders, very loose in the leg. I have a hat, but alas, I can't fit it over my hair.
